1. Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the Moving Boxes product must be unused, unopened where applicable, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, and included materials where applicable.

3. Before returning any item, customers must contact customer service to obtain return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Returns may not be accepted for:
Moving Boxes damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Moving Boxes showing signs of excessive wear, alteration, or modification.
Moving Boxes that have been used, assembled, damaged, stained, or otherwise altered beyond reasonable inspection.
Products returned beyond the 30-day return period.
Items missing original packaging, labels, or included accessories where applicable.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
The item is no longer wanted.
The wrong Moving Boxes product or quantity was ordered by the customer.
The customer ordered the incorrect quantity.
The customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
The product is returned without any quality-related issue.
If the return is caused by a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item shipped, the reasonable return shipping cost will be covered.
6. All returned products will be inspected after arrival. Returns that do not meet the return requirements may be refused or partially refunded where permitted by applicable law.

8. Eligible Moving Boxes products may be exchanged for the same item if the original product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped.
9. If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect Moving Boxes product is received, customers should contact customer service within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging for review.
